At Nike’s WHQ in Beaverton, OR there are roughly 12,000 employees. Within that the North America Brand has a regular influx of new employees navigating their way into the complex matrix.
Within my role I helped create an Onboarding Guide to help people managers tailer their new teammates initial learnings, designed the internal hub site, various decks, and created supporting materials for Nike’s Ted X style event: Nike Knows.
